They have excellent communication skills and customer service skills. I feel like they were very attentive to finding the issue with my vehicle and keeping me updated with information and pricing. I like how easy their system is to follow when authorizing services and making payments. They made sure the vehicle was completely safe and ready to drive which is really important right now to not have any vehicle worries because I am 32 weeks pregnant. I needed my A/C repaired. The Merlin’s team repaired all the A/C and now I’m very happy with the coolness. Texas summer weather has been terrible for the last few years and it looks like the summer will be just as bad.

Merlin Complete Auto Care is truly exceptional. Recently, I had some work done on my truck at another shop and soon began experiencing issues.
